do i need to take up my old floor coverings before you arrive?
We offer a range of services regarding your old floor coverings, it depends on which one you would like to choose. You don’t have to choose one at all, we can arrive and fit only in which yes, you will need to take up your old floor coverings. But we do offer an uplift and disposal service, leaving all the hard work to our fitters. Don’t worry, you will be offered the chance to choose which service you require during your consultation.
do i need to move my furniture?
Up to 5 items of empty furniture is included in our fitting charge, excluding white goods.
do you take away all the offcuts and rubbish?
Again, depending on which service has been chosen by the customer, the waste removal is the customers responsibility. We do offer a disposal service if required. If one of your off cuts is big enough to turn into a rug or a mat, our fitter will offer you the chance to have the edge professionally whipped at a discounted rate.
what can i expect on the day of installation?
Our expert fitter will arrive at your home at your allotted time, leaving you to relax while we take care of your new floor covering. We offer a range of services from fitting your new flooring only, to uplifting and disposing of your old flooring correctly and we can even move your empty furniture if need be. We understand that large items such as beds or settees are hard for our customers to move on their own, so our fitters are always willing to help. If you require any of these services, then please let us know beforehand so we can ensure sufficient help is at hand and the day can run as smoothly as possible.
